Goodwill provides free education and job services to youth who meet the eligibility requirements meeting age requirements (Big Island: 24 or below, Oahu: 21 or below). The program is ideal for young people who have potential but struggled in traditional school settings. Participants work with a youth specialist to develop and meet their individual educational and employment goals from earning a GED to gaining the skills, education and experience needed to find a job and work towards financial independence.
